Repairs

If your Tide Timer is not working, prior to returning it to us please:

  1. Double check that your battery is fresh and correctly inserted.
  2. Check that your second hand is not bent and moves freely around the clock. If so, gently bend the second hand so that it is straight.
  3. Then contact Schelling Corporation at repair@tideclocks.com for a repair price quote.

When sending your clock for repair:

  1. Package it securely.
  2. Enclose Money Order or Check payable to Schelling Corporation
  3. Enclose a brief note which includes your name, telephone number, mailing address, email address and a description of the problem/required repair.
